Come lo prepariamo? Prediamo le carni, semplicemente le immergiamo in salamoia durante 2 ore, poi le mettiamo sottovuoto e le cuciniamo a bassa temperatura sottovuoto durante 8, 10, 12 o 16 ore<\/strong>\u00a0dipendendo dal tipo di carne e dal taglio che stiamo cucinando.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Quando la carne viene esposta a basse \u200btemperature per un lungo periodo di tempo, \u200boffre<\/span>\u00a0consistenze pi\u00f9 morbide dopo la \u200bcottura.<\/span><\/p>\n
