Our Slow-Cooked Duck Legs are confited into vacuum-bags in order to preserve his traditional, unique flavor and texture. You can either bake them or heat them in the Microwave. You will be able to reduce your cooking times while serving a juicy and tasty dish that will surprise your most demanding customers.
1- Previously thaw is recommended
2- Bake the meat at 180º C in the oven for 15/20, until the skin gets golden and crispy and the meat is juicy inside
* MICROWAVE OPTION: Drill the covering film, and heat it in the microwave at maximum power, for 3/5 minutes
